Shipping and Refund Policy

We only ship books within the USA and the US Territories
( Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands )

We do NOT ship books to Canada or any other foreign countries.

Shipping Charge

As part of the minimum donation we suggest for each book ( $20.00 ), we also include a small amount for shipping ( $5.00 ). Thus the total suggested minimum amount for each book is $25.00. So we do not add an additional amount for shipping.

Shipping Method and Carrier

We ship all requests ( "orders" ) for books using the US Postal Service ( usps.com ) to provide fast, and very economical service. We use "Media Rate" ( similar to Library Rate ) to significantly reduce the shipping costs. Most packages are normally received within about one ( 1 ) week, or sooner. A Confirmation Email that includes the Tracking Number will be sent to you when the package is shipped.

Packages that include a larger number of books may be shipping by Priority Mail instead, at our sole discretion.

Returns and Refunds

The books are usually wrapped in brown "kraft" paper to protect the cover and edges. Due to the nature of the items being books, the cover or pages can become bent, folded, torn or marked after being received and / or opened and read ( used ). Thus we can not accept any returns, regardless of the reason, since probably the book(s) would not be re-sellable. For the same reasons, we also can not issue any refunds or credits, regardless of the reason(s). The only exception is if we inadvertently sent you the wrong book title(s) than what is shown on the completed "ordering" form. In that case, we will do an exchange for you.

Please understand that we are a non-profit organization. Our mission is to distribute these powerful teachings to as many church pastors, ministry leaders, and their members and followers, as possible. Therefore we strive to keep our operating costs as low as possible.
